Corn – Saffron Soup

- STEP 1:
First, in a blender, puree the corn, chicken stock, shallots, clove garlic with saffron and 3 tbl. vegetable oil and mix them.
- STEP 2:
Then, simmer the soup over medium-low until heated through for 10 minutes; season & serve in a saucepan.
- STEP 3:
Whisk the remaining oil, parsley, ginger and chopped chili and pour over the soup. Top with sliced chili in a small bowl.
